The applicant (Organization) has to submit the following mandatory* documents while applying for the FIPT Corporate Membership:

1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration of the applicant firm 

2. Document supporting address proof of the Organization

3. Self-attested copies of credentials (Educational/Professional Qualifications) of Individuals/Promoters/Directors/Partners/Proprietor.
