I/We agree to abide by the rules of eligibility, conduct and discipline that have been laid down. I/we understand that any breach of code of conduct would result in cancellation of the membership and the name of that individual/organization will be uploaded on the website under the debarred list by FIPT. I/We will be solely responsible for writing any incorrect information supplied in the application form for registration. I have read and fully understand the requirements of FIPT and am fully aware of my obligations in respect of this Statutory Undertaking.
